Desroches Island Resort and Villas sits on the idyllic north-west facing beaches of the island and offers guests an exclusive and private luxury experience. Each fully equipped villa includes its own private swimming pool, central living room and gathering area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen where your meals will be prepared by private chef. Each villa has up to four double rooms with the main living area shared among the fishing party staying on the island at the time. Desroches is an hour away by boat from St Josephs and 45 minutes from Poivre. These atolls have over the years become renowned not only for the Bonefish which reside there but more importantly the amount of resident Indo-Pacific Permit. These atolls comprise of a string of small idyllic islands linked together by large sand flats and turtle grass patches. Experienced anglers can rack up good numbers of bones or set out after the atolls population of Indo-Pacific Permit. The blue water and reef fishing around all these atolls is simply superb.
Fishing in the Seychelles is well known for incredible diversity as well as huge numbers of bonefish. On the flats, you will hunt for Bonefish and Indo-Pecific Permit. Off shore, your targets include Dogtooth tuna, Yellowfin tuna, Dorado, Marlin, Wahoo and Sailfish. Fishing over the reef will bring even more diversity and possible species include Tropical Amberjack, Grouper, Snapper, Emperors, Jobfish, and more.

Currency: The currency of Seychelles is the Seychelles Rupee (SCR). US Dollar or Euro are however widely accepted and are the preferred currency for gratuities and expenditure at Desroches.
